Pigeon Forge 2012 {Day 1}

Day 1 was our driving day. We left around 10am on Saturday. The drive to Pigeon Forge is just about 4 hours.

We stopped at the Ocoee Dam Deli & Diner for lunch. Most of the menu items had "dam" in the title. The kids giggled everytime someone said that word.

Once we arrived in Pigeon Forge and got checked into our cabin, we just hung out for a while. The kids were so excited to be there. They took turns in the hot tub, played pool, and relaxed. After dinner, we decided to go out.

We went to WonderWorks.

We went to WonderWorks last year when we were in Pigeon Forge. We expected it to be really cheesy, but instead, it was a lot of fun and worth a second trip. It was Saturday night and WonderWorks was open until midnight!

Waiting for the hurrican simulator to begin.

Seeing how long they can keep their arms in the icy cold water.

The hurricane similulator is on!

Trying to read the menus while in the earthquake simulator.

Indoor rock climbing.

Flight simulators

A giant "Light Bright". The girls spelled out "BFF"

 Making music

Resting on a bed of nails.

Playing with bubbles.

Being put into a giant bubble.

James rode on this while everyone else was on the challenge course.

An indoor challenge course.

When they finished the challenge course, the others wanted to try it, too.

Astronaut Boy

A stringless harp that made music.

We stayed for a few hours, then went back to the cabin, thoroughly exhausted.
