Painting Class

During the last year, there have been several canvas painting places sprout up all over the metro Atlanta area. I have been wanting to try one, but it just hadn't worked out until now. I recently went with a few girlfriends for a Girls Night Out at Corkscrews and Canvas in Marietta.


We were given lovely zebra print aprons to protect our clothing.

We were led step by step through the painting process. We started with the background.

Then we used chalk to place our poppies.

Here's a close up of my painting. Not sure what I am going to do with it. The kids were impressed with it.
