The kids decided to go to Wonder Works on Tuesday. We've always "wondered" what the upsdide down building was all about. We got a great deal on our tickets - buy one get one free, so we gave it a try.
First of all, let me say that there was a lot more to do than I expected. And everything except the lazer tag was included. Lots of hands-on fun stuff. Here the kids are lifting themselves with pulleys.
This was cool. They had to peddle to get it going and then it went all the way around in a loop.
This was one of the better shots taken while they were going around.
Hannah & Chris climbed the rock wall.
My astronaut daughter.
And my astronaut son.
James always enjoys the flight simulators.
James is my "bubble boy".
Hannah laid on the bed of nails.
We spent a couple of hours at Wonder Works. When we were finished, we went back to the condo to rest and recharge. Then later we went to Dixie Stampede. Here are the boys.
And the girls.
The menu was printed on our napkins.
We weren't allowed to take pictures during the show. Here's one I took before the show began - the lighting wasn't that good anyway.
And here are James & Hannah posing with two of the performers.
The whole format of the show was very similar to Medievel Times. This was a Christmas show, so the theater was divided between the North Pole and the South Pole. We sat in the North Pole section. The kids enjoyed watching the horses and other animals.
