Memorial Day Cookout

A couple of days before Memorial Day, we realized that we did not have any plans for the Monday holiday. We had lots going on that weekend, but our Monday was free, so we threw together a last minute cookout with some friends.
We started the afternoon by heading up to the neighborhood pool. It was a hot, 91 degree day - just perfect for the pool. I am a kind and considerate person and did not take pictures of our friends in their swimsuits!

It was still hot later in the afternoon when everyone gathered at our house. Chris rigged up the sprinkler so it hit the trampoline. The kids had a blast jumping and getting wet.




The moms - one mom was missing, she was home with a sick child. The rest of her family came.
